Stephanie-I just ate at the Chinatown Brasserie in New York City’s Bowery district and had the most mind-blowing mint tea of my life. Better than the super sweet stuff I had in Morocco and Egypt; this wild mint tea was so pungent and yet void of that wilted-leaf taste, I couldn’t believe it. I asked the waiter, and he said they get their tea from http://www.inpursuitoftea.com/, a Connecticut based company. I am trying to track it down because I MUST have more. Points to the Chinatown Brasserie waiter, though, who sent me off with an extra serving packed in a dry coffee filter.
