We cut a wedge out, put in marshmallow and broken pieces of Hersey bars, put the top back on, covered with the peel, wrapped in aluminum foil and put them in the coals of the fire for awhile! If you were to do this in the oven, I would just place the foil-wrapped bananas on a baking sheet, and bake in a 400 F oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bananas are satisfactorily gooey.  Enjoy!
