I love this dish after working out too -- love adding tofu (or grilled chicken) to it for some protein.

Hi Kristen! I spent the day eating bad food at work, so it felt great to eat something so much better for me. We sauteed small cubes of tofu to mix in and it was a great meal. I'm really looking forward to the leftovers!

My husband and I made this for dinner last night after going to the gym and it was perfect. You left the measurement unit out for the olive oil, but I'm assuming it's 1/4 cup?

This looks great! I can’t wait to try it. My husband also really enjoyed the taste. Thanks for this! I enjoy your food blog as well. Keep up the good work.

Love the blog and have told a lot of my friends about it. I have made this recipe twice in two days and am IN LOVE. This is so delicious and have shared the recipe around my area. We are all enjoying wheat berries now...they are delicious and I can't wait to try more recipes with them. It's nice to see recipes from the west coast and I am having a dinner party soon to make dumplings with an assembly line...fun!

I came across your blog looking for Terry Wakefield from Bissenger’s Chocolates and saw your interview.
