best burgers in SF are at Rosamunde sausage grill on Haight and Fillmore. Only on Tuesdays and if you don´t order by 1 or maybe 1.30, you´re shit outta luck. They generally sell out by 2. Try it out. and have a pint at the Toronado next door to wash it down.
