I would have been perfectly content to have whatever soup our (admittedly pretty good) cafeteria was serving, but now I need a pho tai fix. Bad. I wrote an article called "The Pho Experience" in my blog awhile back. Fun read, particularly for "the rest of the world" out there who are unclear on the concept. For us, it's nirvana in a bowl!
Thanks,
