We didn't order oysters (my date didn't like them... sigh) and for some reason the fois gras ravioli was slimy and unappetizing... but your photo looks much better! Perhaps they just had an off-night. Loved the ambiance, and the baby back ribs are fantastic! You've inspired me to go back :) I went to Oola once on a date, but sadly must not have been on souffle night!
