Radish Dip
Radish Dip

Makes: 1 ½ cups
Ingredients:
1 cup finely chopped radishes
8 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon finely chopped dill
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation:
1. Mix together all the ingredients and serve (preferably with Fritos Scoops).
