Homemade Irish Cream
Recipe from The Hungry Mouse.

Makes: Enough to fill one large (750 ml.) Perrier bottle, and then some.

Ingredients:
200 ml. Jameson’s Irish whiskey
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy cream
4 eggs
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 teaspoons instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract

Preparation:
1. Blend all the ingredients, except the whiskey, first. Then add the whiskey and blend again until thick and frothy.
2. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a month. (Shake well before serving).
*Contains raw eggs.
