Ingredients
2 Royal Riviera pears
1 pinch of cinnamon
½ cup Harry & David’s Double Nut Granola
1 tablespoon butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Halve the pears and remove the core and stem. Slice into ½-inch wedges.
  3. Arrange the pear wedges in an oven safe gratin dish. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top. Top with granola and dots of butter evenly spread out.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the pears are soft and warm through. Enjoy immediately (preferably with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream).
