Pizza Nostra's Cannibal pizza floored us and left us with that lusty, satiated, glow in our eyes. Topped with tomato, mozzarella, chunks of full-flavored ground beef, oregano…and crowned with a single egg cracked on top, baked to soft perfection so that the golden yolk spills out in a lava of velvety richness. Brilliant. Yes. More please.
Pistachio Lemon Linguini
Recipe inspired by Bar Stuzzichini's Maccheroni alla Chitarra: the creamy, thick sauce and homemade pasta was rich and comforting. The lemon zest reminded me of Sicily, the pistachios added crunch & interest.
