This is everything I ever wanted in macaroni and cheese…and more. It is insanely saucy. Astoundingly ooey, gooey, creamy, and cheesy. A goldmine of crispy bits of house-made pancetta are buried throughout. And a crust of buttery breadcrumbs freckled with herbs makes it all crunch on top.

The Pancake House: due to the gargantuan portions, sharing is a must here. But the hardest part is actually picking something to eat; with 90 flavors to choose from! Bacon-Cheddar, Strawberry & Choco Chip, the Maine Delicacy with Whole Grain & Blueberries...
