I recently learned a *new trick* on how to pit and peel an avocado (like a boss). It’s the easiest thing ever, and it has its benefits. Never again will you risk losing a finger with that old hack-at-the-pit method. And, never again will you scrape at half an avocado with a spoon. Ready for your tutorial? It’s as easy as 1-2-3:

- Cut the avocado into quarters by cross-sectioning it lengthwise.
- Break it apart and remove the pit (easy, huh?!)
- Peel the skin off like a banana from top to bottom.
